Justification and impact if rule is not changed |
Justification: Gives Open mules/donkeys a pattern class similar to the Mule/Donkeymanship or Showmanship, except this class is judged on the animal not the rider.
Impact: Loss of classes for the Open mules/donkeys. Our show people were very unhappy with the loss of classes. |
